We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or you can purchase one of our physical ring sizers for the most accurate measurement.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited edition releases or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects. This does not cover natural wear and tear, oxidation, or damage caused by improper care.
Will your silver jewelry tarnish over time?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to the elements. We believe this adds to the rugged aesthetic of our pieces, but you can easily restore the original shine using a standard silver polishing cloth.
